Source-first policy

AI-generated drafts are expected to be grounded in source packages assembled from official, primary, or otherwise reputable materials. Source-backed review remains the standard for public indexing.

Runtime controls

The production workflow does not rely on runtime community skill fetching. Editorial capabilities are sourced from reviewed local or vendored snapshots so the publishing path remains auditable and deterministic.
