Consultant psychiatrist Dr. Victoria Chamorri told the inquest that the prince engaged well with the program and that the detox proceeded without physical side effects. She described him as supportive and kind to his peers, making friends during his stay. Upon discharge, he was assessed as not being at risk of suicide.
